This multi-residential, mixed-use project consisting of 33 Apartments, 4 Townhouses with street access and Ground Floor Café is built over 5 storeys with 2 Basement levels.

The project saw a layering of materials including reclaimed bricks to both street facades and large, angled screens clad with perforated mesh that wrap the building.
