Caulfield North House

An expansive 2-storey family home and pool house this project centres around the kitchen and living areas, the sculptural corian island bench is a focal point as is the limestone clad façade.

Operable external louvres control conditions for outdoor living and a custom operable skylight to the indoor pool allows both ventilation and light.

The house is fully automated with regards to lighting, heating/cooling and audio/visual devices.
